I finally had a nice relaxing weekend after too many weeks of feeling like I couldn’t stop. I got in some nice shopping time on Saturday, (picked up this dress in the village for $40) a long visit to the gym and grocery store then had a little bon voyage dinner with my sis. Sunday morning I was up early and sporting my new dress for church with Carlos :) We had brunch at this super cute newish restaurant called Common Bond, if you haven’t been, add it to your must-visit list. It was adorable, mostly pastries and breads, but they had a spicy boudain eggs benedict on the menu that was delish and my vanilla latte was perfecion. I’m already dying to go back for another! After enjoying all this deliciousness we hit up a couple stores on Westheimer then headed to the Menil for a quick stroll. It was a beautiful day, and I’m so happy I got out and enjoyed it with Carlos instead of sleeping in :)

  1. Hey I am so glad I found your webpage, I really found you by accident, while I was looking on Google for something
else, Anyways I am here now and would just like to say thanks for a
tremendous post and a all round entertaining blog (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time
to read through it all at the moment but I have book-marked it
and also included your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read
a great deal more, Please do keep up the excellent job.
